So you've decided to take the plunge? Congratulations! The discovery process starts with an initial "brand-storm" session taking place in a local coffee shop or over the phone. During this session, I listen to your dreams, talk you through the process and decide if we will be a good fit. After the initial meeting, I invite you to our client management system and send you instructions to get started on your homework! Once your homework is completed, I put together a brand strategy pdf where we outline your unique voice, ideal client, branding buzzwords and put together a visual mood board.

Create

After the discovery phase is approved, I use the branding strategy as a reference to start working on your concept development. This is also the point where, if interested, you’d begin to work with our in-house brand messaging strategist to fine-tune and tighten your messaging so it speaks confidently and clearly to your customers.  After creating multiple concepts, I pick the strongest one and present it to you via an in-depth concept presentation that includes a logo, a secondary logo, color palette & other unique branding elements. Once presented, we revise until perfect! Next, I will put together the rest of your package based on the collateral material you have chosen for your brand (You receive two complimentary collateral design items). 

Launch

The moment you've been waiting for — As the project is nearing the end, we pick a launch date and start developing a launch strategy. All of your new design files will be sent to you in an organized zipped folder along with a brand standards manual clearly articulating how to best implement your unique and elevated new branding. When completed, you will have a clear and effective brand identity and messaging that will help to attract your ideal client. These strategies also serve as a guidepost as your brand blooms and evolves. Now it’s time to celebrate your beautiful and thoughtful new brand!
